In its most recent annual report, WalletHub has unveiled the latest rankings of the safest cities in the United States. This comprehensive analysis examined 182 cities, assessing them across 41 vital safety indicators. These factors included per capita traffic fatalities, per capita assault rates, flood and wildfire risk levels, unemployment rates, job security, median credit scores, debt-to-income ratios, and the percentage of uninsured residents.

To determine the overall safety ranking, cities were evaluated in three distinct categories:

  3. Financial Safety
